Terms of Service

pullcard.app sells a single digital product: a printable A4 PDF "pull card" that you assemble in your browser from a theme, up to two photos and your own message. There is no account, no subscription and no physical shipping — you print and fold the card yourself.

Each card is A$1.99 including GST, charged once at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. No tax is collected — pullcard.app is not registered for GST. Your card is generated and delivered only after payment is confirmed.

Your finished PDF is emailed to the address you enter at checkout, and any download link we provide stays live for 10 days from generation. After that the order artwork and the personal details attached to it are deleted (see the Privacy Policy). Save the PDF to your phone or computer inside that window — we cannot re-create a card once it is deleted.

You keep ownership of everything you upload or type. You grant us only the narrow, temporary permission needed to render your card, deliver it to you and provide support during the 10-day window. We do not use your photos or message to train models, advertise, or show them to anyone else.

You confirm you have the right to use the images and words you supply, and that they are not unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or infringing on someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy. We may refuse or cancel an order that breaches this.

Because the product is generated to order and delivered immediately, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds. If the card fails to generate, arrives corrupted, or the delivery email never reaches you, contact us within the 10-day window with your order reference and we will re-send it or refund the A$1.99 in full. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

The PDF is supplied at A4 with fold guides. Colour, trim and paper weight vary between printers, so the printed result may differ slightly from the on-screen preview. We are responsible for supplying the file as previewed, not for your printer's output.

The service is provided as-is and may be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We may update these terms; the version shown here at the time of your order is the one that applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Questions or refund requests: reply to your delivery email and quote your order reference.
